I picked up the ZOKU Slush & Shake Maker in the Shark design and it's become a regular in our kitchen. It really does make slushies, milkshakes, frozen alcoholic drinks and fruit smoothies, and the 7-minute claim is close to what I've experienced. The shark look is a fun touch. It works best with chilled ingredients and a bit of patience while stirring, so it's not totally hands-off. Cleanup is easy enough. Good for families and anyone who likes experimenting with flavours.
